Zhonghua wei zhong bing ji jiu yi xue In order to improve the popularity of first aid knowledge among the public, First Aid Professional Committee of China Geriatric Health Care Association has formulated the Public guide for "first aid onsite-first responders action" in China (2023). This guide aims at providing with the first eyewitness action guide that are critical but weak onsite rescue link of Chinese emergency medical service system to the public. In the first scene of injury and illness emergencies, it is very important for the first eyewitness to make a prompt and correct response in the first time.
